Regarding discriminatory remarks

This player's comments are making many summoners uncomfortable.
Veteran summoners are still tolerating it, but new summoners are seeing this comment and leaving the game. I can't tolerate it.
Is it possible to remove this player who makes discriminatory remarks from global chat?

Nobody is leaving the game because of nonsense happening on global chat. Nothing good happens in global chat; it's a cesspool.
Best practice is to shut global off and have a more peaceful life.
