Can’t see the web store free 400K

I’ve reloaded several times of the web store page, and I’ve scrolled everywhere. I just don’t seem to find the 400K? Is it only me?

    It's with the special unit bundles for the event, right next to the Odin's offer. So it's near the top of the page.
    It may also help to logout and then back in if you still aren't seeing it.
