Heart of Fire web store

Just bought the bundles off of the web store but did NOT receive them in game.

@KabamCrashed can you verify if we bought the bundles today we will receive them tomorrow?
I just got refunded after opening a ticket with Kabam Support but the refund came directly from Xsolla so I'm sure we won't be getting crystals, but we will have to repurchase.

I just hope they also reset the limit so we can actually buy them again since we didn't get them and they are refunding.

Keep in mind I initiated the support ticket along with screenshot of the Xsolla email about 1.5 hours ago. So it may take time if you did the same with Kabam Support.

I hope this helps and you get it fixed ASAP! The I lt downside is it said in email the refund wouldn't be available until May 9th, so instead of a day early I'm going to have to wait a day later to repurchase.

I think there was a one time offer for Valiants that included a 7* champ and 10 of the valiant crystals for $69 or $79, then pretty sure the Odins had one of the 7* crystals also.

I did the same yesterday and they issued a refund earlier this morning so a refund for you should be coming soon
