9.3 beta but on pc.

I noticed the 9.3 beta doesn’t work on pc. Will this be fixed or is there no plans to make it optimised on pc? If not will future versions be usable on pc?

    I noticed the 9.3 beta is only 30 fps (don’t really know why). And on PC there is only 60 fps, so here is probably a conflict.
