May be accused of Gatekeeping but... Valiant EQ

Why is Valiant EQ getting opened up to Paragon players? It's literally called Valiant... I understand that it's trying to limit the gap between top-end players and whatnot, but there's barely anything that makes Valiant worthwhile as it is (don't say anything about the Valiant/ 4 hour crystals. The 4 hour crystals are barely an upgrade and the valiant crystals are outdated and a hassle to get nowadays).

Like what is the point of pushing these titles if they do not hold any weight? Its not even that hard to become a Valiant anymore so why not keep the requirement? Completing story content should be pretty important step in the game, I say

Relax just so u know 90% of paragons can’t even benefit cuz they don’t have that good ot a roster
You don't need a good roster, they're TB level fights. You can use 5* champs.

This is just Valiant players getting lumped in with lower progressions once again, and it's ridiculous. We finally get our own thing and it doesn't even last beyond its first cycle. Insane.
Access to monetary deals cannot continue to be to only true exclusivity that the most invested players in the game get.
After a great last several months of moving in good directions, this decision is absolutely awful.
They're not that easy. They're pretty well tailored with the progression of the difficulties. Also, you do need a decent Roster. Anyone who doesn't have sufficient Champs in each Class will have a much harder time.
I actually agree with this, and as soon as I saw it announced.. my son's a new valiant, and when I helped him clear it, it was quite difficult for his roster, I had to use 5 stars, and he regularly gets into GC, it's tailored pretty well and I believe will actually show paragon players what's needed more by letting them try and struggle.. my account breezed through it though and I really enjoyed it, and thought rewards were great too

Were you this upset when they did this same thing when they were testing out the tb eq and let cav and uncollected test it

This is just Valiant players getting lumped in with lower progressions once again, and it's ridiculous. We finally get our own thing and it doesn't even last beyond its first cycle. Insane.
Access to monetary deals cannot continue to be to only true exclusivity that the most invested players in the game get.
After a great last several months of moving in good directions, this decision is absolutely awful.
They're not that easy. They're pretty well tailored with the progression of the difficulties. Also, you do need a decent Roster. Anyone who doesn't have sufficient Champs in each Class will have a much harder time.
I actually agree with this, and as soon as I saw it announced.. my son's a new valiant, and when I helped him clear it, it was quite difficult for his roster, I had to use 5 stars, and he regularly gets into GC, it's tailored pretty well and I believe will actually show paragon players what's needed more by letting them try and struggle.. my account breezed through it though and I really enjoyed it, and thought rewards were great too

Tb eq rewards sucked even on release, no one cared if some uncollected player was going through all that trouble to get some garbage rewards. Valiant gauntlet is different. Paragons shouldn’t have access to it.
They made valiants do that Tb eq 100% for months just to get a key for paragon gauntlet but now paragons get access to valiant gauntlet just after a month of it’s release. It’s laughable at best.

Ok i get this frustration with letting lower progressions test out the higher progressions content but its not like they are going to get permanent access to it like crashed said they didnt have time to make 2 different versions of this and are letting paragon test it out cause they want to do something similar to this format for them

It literally sounds like something an overly emotional teenager would say to their mom when they can't get the latest iPhone or designer shoes or something.

For the last few months, people have been clamoring for there to be a Valiant EQ in order to get worthwhile EQ rewards, and also for the Paragon Gauntlet to not require 100% exploration of the TB EQ.
I was down with those suggestions (who wouldn't be?), and Kabam listened and delivered on both fronts.

But the emotional teenagers are never satisfied, and now their feelings are hurt because they don't feel exclusive enough because other kids might also get to benefit a little (and I hope the complainers in this thread are actual teenagers and not grown adults, yikes...)

Your one example of valiant only rewards isn't even true as paragons also got 10 free 7*s. So not only did you waste your time pushing for valiant when you did you also proved my point that we are all lumped in together for rewards so thanks for that big man 👍

I never heard of players who pay for champs or resources complain about f2p getting some of them. Meanwhile we have people who are f2p trying to gatekeep monthly quest resources. 7 stars are not a valiant thing anymore, even paragons have them and they need resources to advance to the next title, this is one way of buffing their resources.

If Paragons wants Valiant level rewards then why not they stop snoozing around and go do some story content and Necro-10, Epoch?

If it's open for all then what's the point of progression? Remove all titles and bundle everyone together, that'll be fair yes?
