I know dude, I am seeing a lot and not being nice to some tbh; you can be upset, pissed all you want. Doing threats like that have no impact though. Think about it what would a major consequence be? 10? 20 people from your alliance quitting the game? They just banned 10k...
Our biggest concern now is the fact WAR will be a loss with him down, and we have had to change now from Nightmare RAIDS to normal which is a real let down thanks to KABAM. Completely unnecessary.

This war format is so weird and a lot of people don't even explore the maps, doubt this season affects standings that much.
Supposedly in a gmail that they just sent me in a ticket that I opened, they told me that I had to have a message prior to the massive ban about my account being in breach and I never received such a notification or email from kabam, they also told me to uninstall the game and I installed it from Google Play which I did and I update it every month from the same place.

So I can rest assured that the problem wasn't me, but rather a mistake in this new system, since I always buy my cell phones from official stores in my country. I hope they fix this quickly because I'm losing game days. I was already kicked out of my alliance for not joining the war.

Despite how fun it is to watch cheaters get called out in the forums, I think it's good to get the occasional reminder to be civil and not blindly assume every one of these posts is a liar.
Seeing stuff like this happen really does make me question how much to spend on the game. I'd be pretty upset to have an erroneous ban, a generically unhelpful support ticket response, and the online community antagonizing me while I was trying to get it resolved or at least some commiseration. Sure I don't cheat so it shouldn't happen, but we've literally all witnessed it happen first hand this weekend.
