I didn't cheat, so why was my account banned?

I downloaded the official PC version from your site and didn’t use any third-party software, except for v2rayN, just to connect to your damn server. And for that, you banned my account — for thirty days! That’s so unfair!

Kabam said VPN is not the reason why your account was banned. Ha, it seems that what their management said is not effective.

Does it mean if you use Xiaomi Phone, you can be banned? I have been wondering since my account got banned over the weekend, what I could have done to warrant such an unfair treatment from Kabam after all these years of investing into the game.

Only when you use xiomi app store to download mcoc.
I have used xiomi before but I downloaded everything from playstore and not xiomi store.

I'm using xiaomi android, downloaded game from google play store and works till this day

I live in Italy, I have a xiaomi with Google preinstalled, I have always played the official version downloaded from Google play store and I was banned. I can't understand what the problem is. Kabam should at least warn and demonstrate that you are cheating before banning

The Android version I’m using was downloaded from Google Play, and it’s the official one. The only tool I use is a VPN — no third-party software at all.
