My 13yr old son accounts suspended for 3 days

It says he was using a third-party software, which is not true. My son accessed the game the regular ways. That is through Google Play Store to play MCOC or going through Summoner's Market.
This is putting a very bad taste in my mouth because what is this teaching my son. He is not a cheater but has been punished like one. The dude is now stressed about this because his main is in an ally doing Raids, and he does war as well.
His accounts are below.

Even though my prestige is 27.7k; he is better than I am and Yes, MrSakuragi that Plat6 AW is a visual Bug based on the alliance I am in. My son is in a Gold 6 AW on his main and not even sure what AW for his 2nd account.
Anyhow...UPDATE... we un-installed the game few hours ago and re-installed it so he now has access to his 2nd account but his main is still suspended.
Waiting to see if he is going to wait 3 days before getting back access to his main.
... boy that got dark.
Also, can you imagine being six years old and having Dad explain everything that's going on in global?
Or has he been playing on your phone, and then when you started playing too (even though separate account), now the game started seeing 2 different people playing from same phone ? (based on potentially different play styles, etc, or whatever maybe they can use for detection)
Multiple accounts on save device are OK. But wonder if multiple PEOPLE on same device (even if different accounts) might look suspicious ?
(since you said “WE” uninstalled and reinstalled)
The most recent ban wave was not for cheating, even if the suspension message references "third party software." The ban wave targeted unauthorized game clients or clients downloaded from unauthorized sources. As far as Kabam is concerned, all of those are "third party software."
Kabam has identified instances where some players were misidentified and incorrectly banned and is working to reverse those bans specifically, and provide compensation for the error. But if you are absolutely positive that your son:
a) only played on authorized devices
b) by downloading from authorized app stores (according to Kabam, there are only five: Apple's App Store, Google Play, Steam, Flexion, and its down download webstire, all others are not authorized) and
c) never shared his game account with friends or alliance mates who could have themselves broken the rules on their devices and got your son's account's flagged
then I would recommend opening a support ticket.
As to why would you lie? None of us knows if you're lying or why you might lie, but we've seen so many blatant, ridiculous, and downright idiotic examples of such in the past that there is literally nothing you could say that doesn't contain the possibility of it being manufactured. If you aren't lying, then you probably have no reason to lie. But if you are lying, the reason you'd be lying now is that you're a liar, and that's what liars do. We simply cannot judge based solely on whether or not it would be logical to do so.
