Hi Mike, this is the simple kind of thing that really take credibility from the Kabam.
Next time pleaae please just state thing clearly. I just can't understand how Kabam could say certain thing in the Livestream, while know who was going to be the Defs in the quest and how players will respond.
There is a clear different between creating "mystery/excitement" and letting players feel completely let down, but the action is very small and sinple.
Just make thing very clear for the players, by doing that we wouldn't have the Dark Phoenix and this HT issue.

Mike literally says “Look at that champion selector, a little tease as to who might be some of these defenders. We see Serpent we see Spiral and we see this guy right here (points to Bullseye). Now what this selector is going to be, it’s going be to be giving you a 7* champion of 1 of the 12 defenders in this quest.”
How can anyone interpret that to be anything other than all 12 defenders will be in the selector.

For additional context, this Quest was designed well before the Heat Wave sale was in development, and the rewards were designed after the Quest was finished.
All of this could have been avoided if kabam just told us who was in the selector. They kept it a secret just for it to be champs everyone already has.

I think in future Mike you guys should make these things clear on the slides you present on the live streams to avoid any confusion around what the presenters say.
