Bpcw going unstoppable?

So I’m at last quest in new Wakanda event and whenever I use heavy on bpcw boss he goes unstoppable. I don’t see any buff stating he’ll go unstoppable. Am I missing something ?

    Fate seal him with someone who can and then you can heavy as much as you want before it runs out. I use ghost rider then i can put my regen on.
