Not sure you know what a forum is.

A forum is a place to discuss a particular common interest. As with many privately-owned discussion forums, there are rules which all participants agree to adhere to. Having negative feedback about something is not prohibited, so long as you present it in a way that's respectful, constructive, and within the rules of the forum. If one is problematic, let's say for example....argumentative and combatant with the other participants and the people responsible for maintaining the forum, they may find themselves having pushback.
