Hello everyone, how can I reset my account progress to start over?

Wanting to reset your account instead of simply starting a new one is the equivalent of climbing over a door.

You can contact Support and act that they close your existing account, and more precisely that they free up your email address (and/or your username) so that you can use that email again for a new account.

You may get resistance from Support for actually clearing out your current Username to re-use it immediately. But the existing EMAIL Address issue they will probably help do.

But first, you will have to prove to them as part of the request that you are actually you.
