Is this a hint about Omega Champions being added to Base Pool?

Here, it is mentioned that there is a chance to obtain Quick Silver and Omega Sentinel, who are Omega Champs. Does this mean that the Omega Champions will be added to Base Pool in the near Future? or Did I miss some announcement or so?

    Yup, Atleast if it was a Guaranteed 7 Star Crystal, it would have been nice

    Those who took him to Rank 4 use him all the time, Omega Red is pretty insane dude
    Just so many new champions with so long sp then the degeneration debuff already falling of.

    significantly less counters and even the majority of them dont work this meta due to the power gain
