Lost Units

Has anyone else noticed that they have lost a significant amount of Units? I’m down a thousand…. This morning I had 3500 and now I have 2500. I haven’t purchased anything so I’m perplexed 🤔 anyone had this happen before?

I’ve never seen or heard of someone’s units lowering for no reason. Sometimes unit count doesn’t go up until you refresh the screen or force close and re open the app. someone bought something on your account. put in a ticket and ask Kabam to check and refund you. As long as you didn’t use the resources purchased with the units, they should be able to take care of it for you.

Units don't disappear by the thousand for no reason

So the likely possibility is that you misclicked on a pop up unit offer so fast you didn't noticed in time

If you noticed some extra items in your inventory or stash, you might find the answer to the mystery

If you used those items already, support would be unable to help you

If those items are untouched, support can help by reversing the purchase
