7* Cosmic Awakening Gem

Just pulled a 7* Cosmic AG from an AG crystal, and I'm currently undecided on who to use it on. I know that both Medusa and Hyperion are sig one-and-done type champs who benefit massively from the awakening, but I want some feedback on whether champs like Knull, SIM, or BRB will get a big benefit as well. Would also like to know if any of these guys are r3 or r4 worthy if they are to be awakened, and how much sig investment is needed. I would prefer a near-zero sig investment as I'm quite low on sig stones and need to give them to my 7* Guardian. Anyways, here's my roster:

I would choose Medusa, since she won't be available in crystals for quite a while.

Still a little torn between Hype and Medusa right now. Don't really know how much the sig benefits either of them, and how much sig is needed

Is CMM worth it though? I know that she's underrated, just don't know if she's more worth the gem than Medusa or Hype, who get such a big boost from the awakening. Also leaning a bit towards Vox, SIM or BRB, 'cause they get quite a big benefit from awakening as well. Just a little unsure about the sig investment though

Captain Marvel is good. I have her at rank 3, but I find Hyperion and Medusa better.
Medusa has true accuracy, fervor, armour break, shatter, stun, bleed and autoblock at 3 furies.

Hyperion also has very good damage, power gain, regeneration and stun-armour break chance on SP2.
Very solid, also.

Might go with Medusa too tbh, I really like playing her and she probably won't be in the base pool for a while. If I awaken her, she's likely gonna go straight to rank 3. How much sig does she need tho

she really isnt a good defender any one that is unblockable can easily take her down
