Nothing that can impact your account every day is available on the webstore. Everything there is a one-and-done purchase. My guess would be that it has something to do with it going through a third-party and it was easier to go this route or there were potential issues going the other route. You also don't see the monthly units or any monthly cards that they put on there. If it's going to trigger in your account multiple times after purchase, it's in-game only.
