Yesterday I clicked on the Star Lord Loop bag while I was on their website because it’s a better deal.But some reason they gave me the “
TIER 1 PRIMORDIAL DUST BUNDLE”.And now they aren’t returning my requests for a refund or give me what I actually wanted.I am very frustrated.What are y’all’s suggestions at this point?

    Good luck. They still owe me for the platinum pass and they just keep ignoring me because they are bad at what they do.

    Every time I go to the website, all it says is delete your app wait 10 seconds restart your phone and then re-download app or just be patient. It’s frustrating.

    Band together and stop spending I’ll be canceling my £30 a month if I don’t get acknowledgment on aq they locked us out for over 2 hours caused failures and they don’t care even a bit it wont harm there income but ill feel better knowing im not supporting that. :)
