As for your other comment, the reason that matters is because he already shuts down Bullseye's abilities completely. If you give him guaranteed crits he will single handedly make Bullseye irrelevant on defense the same way they killed Bishop with Iron Doom and Peni with Galan and they already stated they don't want a situation like this again because it makes designing strong defenders a waste of time and it's not healthy for the game on the long run. Counters yes, hard counters that shut them down completely and kill them in 30 seconds no.
They literally haven't done that with any attacker that counters any of the current meta defenders so far so I don't know what you mean by what's stopping them from doing this with the next champ.
As for Torch, it is absolutely baffling to me how you think that Torch can handle half of the current meta defenders when he straight up can't do Domino, Serpent, Red Skull, Dark Phoenix, Bullseye, Attuma, Yelena, Onslaught, Bishop or Maestro and he will take chip and block damage against Photon, Dust, Zola, Deathless Thanos and Spider Woman. You are very wrong if you think Torch's score against these defenders can't be beat by other champs that counter them better, Torch's only purpose now is shutting down the mystic class and that's it.

Beaucase he still mostly attacker and he still incosistent against his ideal match ups? who his fighting does not determine whether S2 will do enough damage unless he has rarity disadvantage, He should not be soo RNG reliant even more that you are trading part of your HP for that damage

Being a hard enchantress counter isnt what hes designed to be though.

And the reverb does not justify losing 50% Flat crit damage, it's 25% to 50% and the Daunted is what makes the actual damage for the reverb

I like him and I don't care about the crits being inconsistent, I've used him every BGs season since I got him and this last AW season as well for a bunch of Bullseyes. Bishop still relevant defender even after Idoom release even as 7*,Peni has been getting heavy counters from a ton of cosmics not just Galan and even before him she was taking punches with easy, Hulkling is a better counter than Galan, Bullseye is already irrelevant since they already released 5 characters that can counter him and somehow people still using him on ther deck and they are releasing more
And you know what else Kabam said last year? they wouldn't be releasing more defenders and they would tune them down and look where we are today at 1 per month and with new characters to counter those new defenders above already existing characters that can partially deal with those defenders

He can't parry Onslaught, Zola or Dust therefore he has to do ML and stick to intercepts which will make the fight very slow or else you take block damage (he was literally losing 20% health on the videos Lagacy uploaded yesterday), that score is easily beatable by other champs. Spider Woman and Photon require very slow play so you don't get caught with undexable specials, Nick showcased what that's like and he was not fast in took him 55 seconds to take out Photon with slow play to prevent chip damage, again another score easily beatable by other champs that aren't even meta like Mantis and Sable. As for Bishop, he will be at max prowess during the whole fight, he throws one sp1 or you fail to dex sp2 and you're dead, not to mention you will take some block damage because you have to force him to throw sp2, again another defenders that has way better counters who can beat Torch's score easily.
None of the current Peni counters can kill Peni in 15 seconds at full health like Galan, once again you miss the point entirely.

BGs is literally the only game mode where health matters.. but in BGs I'm often using him on defense if I draft him? Idk.. why the emphasis on wanting to use him as an attacker in BGs against a non ideal matchup?
Beaucase he still mostly attacker and he still incosistent against his ideal match ups? who his fighting does not determine whether S2 will do enough damage unless he has rarity disadvantage, He should not be soo RNG reliant even more that you are trading part of your HP for that damage
It takes 40-50 seconds regardless of class advantage to: throw one sp2 at 12 mass or below and only the second at 13 to guarantee the final sp2 kills and you lose zero health as seen here 40-50 for 550 hp too slow for you? Not enough damage? Come on lol.

You did a good time and damage against 4 stars on realm of legends? good i also did 47 to 52 seconds with a R4 Ascended Gladiator and even then i know it doesn't work the same as BGs and Realm of legends doesn't have nodes or actual defenders with the same rarity to not give you crit rating advantage against lower rarity, why are you mentioning damage if the problem that is being point out is crit rating not how much damage he does

And the reverb does not justify losing 50% Flat crit damage, it's 25% to 50% and the Daunted is what makes the actual damage for the reverb
He's a counter to enchantress that can make certain parts of her kits easier to manage, but he was never designed or advertised as a hard counter. The idea of hard counter or nothing is just not in line with how the game works now

He has incredibly easy to access slow, lots of debuffs, fairly solid damage and good tankiness with inequity and his regen. Given that were now in an age where we need 15 champions of each class per month for eq the idea that one champion being better than them makes them bad is just not true. Besides that, if someone is bringing a beefy enchantress in bgs and bans all of the big counters it's certainly valid to have one extra that can also be used as a general damage dealer with good evade countering. Champions aren't just designed to do one single fight

As for your other comment, the reason that matters is because he already shuts down Bullseye's abilities completely. If you give him guaranteed crits he will single handedly make Bullseye irrelevant on defense the same way they killed Bishop with Iron Doom and Peni with Galan and they already stated they don't want a situation like this again because it makes designing strong defenders a waste of time and it's not healthy for the game on the long run. Counters yes, hard counters that shut them down completely and kill them in 30 seconds no.
They literally haven't done that with any attacker that counters any of the current meta defenders so far so I don't know what you mean by what's stopping them from doing this with the next champ.
As for Torch, it is absolutely baffling to me how you think that Torch can handle half of the current meta defenders when he straight up can't do Domino, Serpent, Red Skull, Dark Phoenix, Bullseye, Attuma, Yelena, Onslaught, Bishop or Maestro and he will take chip and block damage against Photon, Dust, Zola, Deathless Thanos and Spider Woman. You are very wrong if you think Torch's score against these defenders can't be beat by other champs that counter them better, Torch's only purpose now is shutting down the mystic class and that's it.

Bishop still relevant defender even after Idoom release even as 7*,Peni has been getting heavy counters from a ton of cosmics not just Galan and even before him she was taking punches with easy, Hulkling is a better counter than Galan, Bullseye is already irrelevant since they already released 5 characters that can counter him and somehow people still using him on ther deck and they are releasing more
And you know what else Kabam said last year? they wouldn't be releasing more defenders and they would tune them down and look where we are today at 1 per month and with new characters to counter those new defenders above already existing characters that can partially deal with those defenders
As for my Falcon kit you can cut half of the changes and leave the numbers increase and thats basicly all he needs

Spider Woman and Photon require very slow play so you don't get caught with undexable specials, Nick showcased what that's like and he was not fast in took him 55 seconds to take out Photon with slow play to prevent chip damage, again another score easily beatable by other champs that aren't even meta like Mantis and Sable.
As for Bishop, he will be at max prowess during the whole fight, he throws one sp1 or you fail to dex sp2 and you're dead, not to mention you will take some block damage because you have to force him to throw sp2, again another defenders that has way better counters who can beat Torch's score easily.
None of the current Peni counters can kill Peni in 15 seconds at full health like Galan, once again you miss the point entirely.
