who do i rank up for act 7

All of these have utilities and damage which will help in act 7 and then 8 aswell.

Kate Bishop and Mr. Sinister are insane for act 7 and 8. They completely carried me through it.

I would act 8.
7 is good, but 8 is funner and easier.
