    Iron man perfect blocks like everything once ramped up. He’s a good photon counter because of that. His damage is crazy and his regen is almost like a second life. It’s just that potent

    She still has very solid damage(except her specials) and can take matchups where buffs are needed, she'll be usefull on his account.

    I’ve got an sig 121 R3 Angela, and this is the best summary. Her damage is still very good unduped, and she still can do a lot of things - particularly with a roster that doesn’t have a huge amount of depth as with the OPs. She definitely is even better when she is duped - the autoblock counter and debuff duration reduction is great utility obviously. High sig is nice, but not mandatory. If you use the Thor relic with the defensive rune you get a buff automatically, and if you pair her with Odin pre-fights she essentially operates as if she was full sig.

    OG Iron Man is also solidly good, but also benefits quite a bit from his sig. Some of the things people mention above about him require his sig to access (for example, regeneration).

    So, I’d probably put the two as pretty comparable - solid unduped, better duped, and either would be a good rank up given the OPs current roster. Probably boils down to who you enjoy playing the most.
