Kabam Team Thank You

Just wanted to make a quick post saying thanks to all the team members on the forums and people who work on the game day in and day out to make it an enjoyable experience for all us players.
I recognize it’s been a rough start to the month with lots of issues and with that come a lot of frustrations but at the end of the day this is a game we (hopefully) enjoy and love playing. Nothings perfect and there are mistakes that are bound to be made but I just want to take a second and recognize the team members care and hard work. It feels too normalized to just **** on Kabam and blame the devs and team members for anything we may not like but I appreciate you guys continuing to listen and trying to make the game better for the community.
There’s always gonna be things to fix and efforts that maybe don’t pan out as intentioned but at the end of the day I love this game and just want to thank you for the hard work you put into it.

When we stop seeing every desirable 7* exclusively sold for hundreds of dollars and likely never to be seen for years, when we stop seeing 7* introduced once with little to no hope of ever seeing them available in a more reasonable format, when we stop seeing multiple game modes broken every month and multiple bugs lasting for several months or years with no progress, and when we start seeing a level of communication that once again prepares and informs players rather than delays their disappointment...that is when we can thank Kabam.
So long as things continue in the current direction, it's hard to thank them for their "care and hard work".
Yes, there will always be things to fix, however, when nothing comes off the list and other things are added onto the list, how long before we realize that that's just not where their priorities are anymore?
In this particular case you are playing their game, nobody is forcing you and no parties rights are violated therefore its totally fair from a logical point of view. Nobody can force anyone to have some common-sense or change their views based on one anothers own. If their business model suits their goal, is efficient and sustainable then why would they care about your complaints? They often than not have a better understanding of their actions and consequences; for example, if the decision of acknowledging a mistake is more harmful than beneficial then they simply won't. It doesn't matter if you feel entitled to be heard and given attention or expect some common-sense, its a business revolving around money after all. Your emotions matter only if they can reasonably affect the success of their model which is rarely the case with Kabam hence %99 of "valid" complaints get ignored.
I share your sentiment, I find them understandable for someone with a bit of common-sense but it doesn't change the fact that they don't have to act accordingly. As long as a sufficient amount of people keep supporting the game, whatever fiasco happens, they will keep it as is if its still sustainable for them. Keep up with the constructive criticism, voice your opinion but don't get frustrated that they don't take it serious all the time. Companies don't have souls or emotions, decision-making processes differ for both parties.
Hope the point I'm making is clear and does make sense. I personally support change and think its long overdue but I'm also aware of the fact that my opinion alone doesn't matter if its not shared by many and acted upon. Just cause one is criticising the sales while buying out the store doesn't mean much in that sense but that's another story...
