Incursions Spider-Man Supreme crashing game when activating astral form

As title says, game is crashing when SM activates astral form, making it impossible to keep going, I have spent resources and runes to try to continue and issue persists.

    Same problem. I also used Nefaria and I had to restart the game. But the same thing happened again. I was already in Zone 11

    It’s annoying, opened a ticket and they recognize this as a bug between Count Nefaria and SM supreme, but they still do not know if they will compensate.

    I hope they do, as I spent a lot of units, I didn’t want to risk it concluding and repeating all zones again being in the 15th already and one defender left to get top rewards and then experiencing the same bug again.
