Dark Phoenix Event Quest bugs

First of hello everyone, this is my first post as I never post on the forums but I am so frustrated with the state of things like many people right now.
I felt ultimately I could take a shot in the dark and post these screenshots from tonight in the hopes Kabam can get something out of it.
In my first fight against Nova I attempted an intercept while he was recovering from his sp1 and his auto block proc went off. Normally this is fine and there is a small recovery window for me to back off or continue my attack while he is shielded. But this time his auto block acted as if it was an unstoppable and he ignored my attack and immediately retaliated and destroyed me in just a single 5 hit combo. I recorded the entire fight but here is the screen shot where you can see I actually phase through him as he retaliates. Now I am on a gigabit home network with very low latency and had no network issues. I am also on an iPhone 14 pro max 1TB that I take extreme care of.
In my second fight which was against Elsa Bloodstone (as she killed my first attacker but I didn’t notice this until the second fight) I started the fight with a very aggressive degen that is not showing up as any node skill. Wiped out my entire team and in my frustration I exited the game as I now have to start back at the unstoppable Nova…
Hopefully this is helpful to someone or @kabam anyone can give some insight, as this summoner is about tapped out from the needless restarts and unnecessary failures in an event that is supposed to be enjoyable. For Elsa, she has double edge which means she starts with a bleed on her. When she's bleeding, she degens non-mutant champs, so you need a mutant to fight her or you'll roast.
Nothing you faced was a bug.
I didn’t know that about Elsa, so that is extremely helpful. Thanks for the info, and my apologies to @kabam for being such an ass 🙈
