Yes, or stop the game mode until it is available for all the players. It's quite unfair where few are getting affected just for playing out from the start.

so if it’s not fixed by then I’ll miss out on 50 games worth of energy. Making going for top
200 rank almost pointless, all because they didn’t take it down because it’s the “minority”

This is the only real handicap that those locked out have. Unless you were planning on playing 24 hours a day and keep buying energy refills, the time you missed today will be made up.

At best you deserve an energy refill or two unless you had some expiring.

Not trying to be a jerk, but if you are a "high end player" who wants to get in the top to get the High Evolutionary, 7 energy refills aren't really going to matter in the grand scheme of things. You are going to need to spend a ton of energy refills to even have a chance at the top of the ranked leaderboard.

I’m aware. But losing 7 for no reason at all makes me not even wanna bother. Makes me feel like I’m 210 units behind where I should be. Kills the drive along with losing a day. And don’t even know when it’s gonna be fixed.

Compensation when something they didn’t test gets put out broken once again, is typically how compensation works. Especially when it’s only a % of people. I don’t want comp outside of my expiring refills, I want it to work. But like I said they will just give everyone refills and call it a day regardless of how dumb it is. They should have just taken down the mode and fixed it like they usually do but they said nah.

@kabam It's quite disappointing how long this is taking to be fixed. Since, it's affecting only little you are having game mode on for others. If the same issue was with offers or deals. I am sure you wouldn't be sitting idle this long..

Moreover, atleast consider giving us the points for the loss of time. It would help us for the players who are affected. Just sending refills doesn't fill any good for loss of time.

If they were capable of sending refills to only the people affected it would be good. But it’ll just be a mass refill comp and doesn’t do anyone any good lol.
