Act 8.3.6 Cerastes boss glitch

My fight with 8.3.6 Cerastes boss is stuck on last 1% because he is not going to the meltdown state. I have used a lot of resources because of this bug and the fight is still not over. I need my resources back and the chapter 8.3 should be marked completed for me along with its completion rewards.

    I am having the exact same issue. As listed above. Went into meltdown state and now I can't damage him.
    Contacted Kabam Support and sent them pictures and a video of it. Said they would make note of it and only do somthing IF it comes up more in the forums.

    I’ve just had the exact same issue, thought I could try fix it with a Hercules by getting his intimidate on him (my thought is the lack of intimidate would be the problem) but to no avail I’ve now wasted about 200 units on extra revives cuz I botted out on my run extremely annoying hopefully they fix this

    Nevermind, its a light attack into block you have to do, im just an idiot ahaha
