99% certain that the tier of rewards in question is the "jackpot" for most lower progressions since there are points they don't have access to. Would be better if it was a selector like the shards are all the way up, but it still makes sense being there. Just a wasted tier for Paragon+ players.

Its the economy man... We went from 1500 to 3000 7* shards to being able to pick a champ and try to get 550 shards, iso and gold.
Its a remedy for the iso drought and gold drought...

After checking this emotes are awful, they don't have any taunting or making fun of value... I rather have 6* Nexus crystals instead of them but that's too much, thats lvl 40 milestone value not lvl 41

Then again .. why give out good emotes for free when you can charge for them...
