Am i crazy?

Call me crazy but are some champions special attacks change? How i explain this.........i have memorized like 80 to 85% of the mcoc special attacks, but recently i have being clipped a lot......did they changed or I'm just getting old and my reflexes are not how it use to? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i think is the later
