My thoughts exactly! This new Fantastic Fluctuating Box looks like more gambling garbage for F2P and a cash grab for spenders.

The 1st key has the highest (30%) to drop 5k Fantastic Force shards, which is only 1/3 of the 7* crystal…but additional keys are $40 each?!?

Are they going to offer additional keys for free? Or will the unlucky F2P summoners once again unnecessarily be left in the dust?

I want to give the benefit of the doubt here, but as another unlucky one, I’m honestly frustrated. Kabam can you please speak up and help out if we’re missing a crucial piece of information?

1 paragon is worth more than 1/3 of a crystal I can’t complete without spending.

Any usable item no matter how small is worth more than 1/3 of a crystal I can’t complete without spending.

In fact, the in game mail states the key itself has more value unspent!!!! Unused keys convert to 1500 normal 7 star shards… that I can actually use!

Far enough…The part that sucks is the absolutely unnecessary randomness. What is right in a situation where one F2P scores a 2-3 rank up or awakening gem, while another has to look at 5k useless shards every time they navigate to the crystal tab while in game.

At least give people something they can use…even letting us trade them in for regular 7* shards after the event ends (which they are already doing with unused keys for spenders)

You got a chance to spin the wheel. There's the same chances that everyone else has at each item. People wouldn't be here complaining if they got the 7*. That's how RNG works. Everyone still got the same free spin.

Literally anything in that box aside from the 5K useless shards has value. Anything! They could put 100 3 star shards in that box and it have more value than the 5K useless shards.

I’m not against randomness in the rewards, but 3 of the 15 possible rewards are are useless unless you get 3 chances. 0 value! At the very least, Kabam could just put 3 boxes in there that say “Sorry you get nothing”. Then at least they would be honest.

At this point you are talking like pixie. 5k special shards shouldn't be there which is useless outside event. Even 5k regular shards would make sense

Any other rng part of this game has their uses. One free key to get an item you effectively can't use period without spending and then also hoping to pull the same thing 2 more times is absurd. Even for kabam. You simply can't defend this one. Good on you for trying I suppose?

Per game mail, even the key has more value than the useless shards. I could have sat on the key and it would have converted to 1500 useful 7 star shards.
