Raid month changes if it ever comes back again

So overall despite the various bugs, I think that the raid month was a successful event. The extra rewards each week and the change-up in bosses were big pluses in my opinion. And was such a refreshing time versus the monotony that is map 8.
However I do want to bring up a change that should be made if it ever comes back again, which my alliance became an extreme edge case example of. There should be a break each week when people can get rewards and still move to another alliance.
In our case, one of our members sadly passed away. Which was obviously a tragedy and our whole alliance is in shock and saddened by losing someone we played with for years. I am absolutely not trying to make light of the situation here, simply stating what happened to us as an alliance. With his passing we were then unable to make any membership changes as no one was willing to lose out on a weeks worth of rewards to move alliances, even to be in a top 5 raid alliance.
Now I know that Kabam do not want to make it easy for people to alliance hop, but it would not take an event as extreme as this one to be as problematic for alliances. A broken phone could do it.
So all I would ask for is that if you bring it back, next time make each raid 6 days long so there is at least a few hours break in the middle so people can move without giving up everything they worked that week for.

I essentially had to chose between 3 weeks of 100% rewards or 4 weeks of 75% rewards.
I would add:
As noted on another thread, some way to approve who is on what map. Handing out raid tickets like candy with alliances who have a bunch of members at different levels of skill and knowledge cost one of our members a token. Someone decided to jump in on our 10 member map on the final week… best case scenario we have a language barrier and they had no clue it was a special event. We need to have some way to manage this - not every alliance is 30 strong living on Line or discord.
Kabam incentivizes players to join high-stakes alliances so that all 30 members feel chained to one another and too guilty—or addicted—to quit.
Look at the reward structure.
The world's riches for AW and Raids for very little effort. Each week we're talking about like 30 minutes total.
Now compare that to how much time it takes to do like valiant gauntlet or grind arena for comparatively miniscule rewards.
Same thing with like dimensional arcade.
Kabam says here's a bunch of amazing rewards for autofighting this meaningless content, just because we want to see if you'll do it and if you'll like it.
We're rats in a maze.
