Kabam REFUSES to compensate for missing paid items in Dimensional Arcade

The Doom Cycle Dimensional Arcade is completely broken. I’ve played every day since launch and even spent $5 on the 500‑ticket bundle to speed things up. Following MSD's advice, I used those tickets to max out all team masteries before moving on to individual champions. I cleared the story, ran several Shatter events, and hit “save” after literally every single round.
Then I logged out—only to return after the next reset and find everything wiped:
Locked out of Shatter mode
Story progress rolled back to Chapter 1
All mastery points gone (including those I bought)
Tickets unchanged—meaning I lost every last resource
I reached out to Kabam Support and asked them to either restore my progress or refund my resources (at minimum my 500 tickets). After four back‑and‑forth emails, their only reply was that “saving” should have prevented this loss. Yes, I saved compulsively—yet still lost it all—and they refuse to do anything, even refund my cash purchase.
I’ve never dealt with a company this greedy and incompetent. They’ve tanked their own game mode, deleted paid items, and refuse to own up to their bugs—insulting us by blaming players for their failures. We deserve better.

Threaten to file for fraud, do it if customer service doesn’t fix it, and don’t spend, especially on bugged **** like this mode.
