Titan Chrystal's from Doom Cycle

I got my 20,000 Titan Chrystal's in the Doom Cycle from completing the 25 runs and gaining the last Doombot but I didn't get the 20,000 Tinan from the event itself.. Why is that? Rich the Man, Sonic the metal head, & several other content creators showed you would be getting them, they got them.
Is this a bug, a glitch, did the game fart or something,, let me know please

Take a look at your stash if the Titan Crystal Shards are there.

Or, go to Dimensional Arcade and in the Objectives, claim everything there

refresh your game.. close mcoc game.. open mcoc game.. Hopefully, you have the 20k Titan shards in your account.. its good enough to open one Titan Crystal.. the question is open it now or wait till the Sept Titan Crystal pool changeover.

The way the guy said it in the YouTube was you got 20 from inside doom event itself an 20 from outside, yea I figured it out really quick he was mistakin..
