Yeah, if the AI cooperates you can parry and hold heavy to pause degens that are up already.. and this is also setting you up for the next round simultaneously.. in content without Masteries (Limber) you can actually double pause the degen - parry hold heavy until release.. immediately hold heavy again from a distance.. even knowing it won't connect

But you can't do this in modes with Limber Mastery active.. just single pause there

Something like this.. unedited first take of WS
Almost got a triple pause, but he didn't quite cooperate for that one.. but got the double
I actually like to start with MLM then heavy charge.. then combo into sp1.. that gives me a bar before the the defender and balances pretty well between giving the bleeds time to stack and still having the passives up

I even accidentally display his tankiness as I'm just trying to be aggressive and go for a triple pause lol

So, up to you.. but me personally I don't place as much weight on the passives as others do.. if I have a stack of bleeds ready I will send it.. if I am able to have the passives up, great.. but if not that's fine too.. I'm not going to charge another heavy just to get passives (if I'm not also pausing a Degen) just fire it off and keep going imo - I personally think it's faster this way

I often see people charging heavies at times that I can't figure out why they are doing it.. it takes more time, just send the stack of bleeds and set up for the next round imo, but to each their own
