Connection issues again

Respected sir/mam,
For the past few days, I have been facing those connection issues again, which were there a few years ago and stayed for months with a red sign on the side of our screens. It occurs while logging in or during any fights or pressing the loading champs button in the arena. So please look into this issue asap as it's not making a smooth experience on top of having another AI issue in-game.
I will appreciate your effort.
