Ham 100%. Way better defender than swomen, way WAY better power sting damage than swomen. Practically immune to degen damage. He’s the goat 🗣️🔥🔥

Unduped, spam is the superior choice
Duped - spam has better dps, but swomen has versatility. Defensivy both are quite equal just need a evade counter but still swomen a little better. Offensively spam better. Utility wise swomen.

So if both are unduped, spam. Duped, swomen.

People are getting more used to sw on defense. Shang chi is being used more and more in bgs because of her

I think one offensive advantage Swoman has is her power stings are off her specials, whereas pig its off the mediums, which means doing short combos, which can be risky for someone like Onslaught where you want to push him to specials with full combos to avoid dealing with his BS AI.

Also probably makes her better for Stro (though she wont be getting furies due to glance)

Pig definitely does some matchups better though like Sinister

One of Han’s Hams biggest advantage over SW imo is his passive cowardice ( well reduction in special damage) l. He’s seriously tanky because of this especially in defense

I took my 6* Ant-Man relic away from Ham and gave it to SW.

I actually don't even remember the last time Ham got me a win on BG defense, at least against good players.
SW on the other hand will straight up kill you if you don't have a direct counter, and even if you do, her AI and ensnare/fumble are such bs that you can still mess up.

I am in a similar situation rn. Opened a Awakening gem crystal today and got science Ag. I have 94 science sig stones. Which one should I awaken - swomen or photon, and use sigs on, and eventually r4? Already have a r4 ham.

Swomen has a fixed rotation (sp2 to sp1), regardless of rank. The extra rank can increase spam's dps by a lot since his damage is more direct. Also I always find swomen damage better if you stack up max furies and keep hitting, instead of relying on power stings for damage, atleast unduped. Obviously at max sig it's better to go for power stings.

Im in a similar boat (photon already awakened). Its tough cause swoman is fantastic but shes still in the Titan Pool, whereas Modok wont be. Havent looked at his new kit much but in the stream the slide had all the feats under his sig
