Can we skip the balance patch from March to June?

Jean ain't getting changed,Bastion ain't getting changed, Luminatrix and Spider Woman theres nothing to change, Yelena is a defender and Cyclops overral rework, Nico and Karolina also don't need anything and the only 4 left are Maker who needs buff and bug fix in his mine, High evolutionary is a defender but a mediocre one, Solvarch is good but they need a replacement for his crit as much for performance as consistency

Cassandra still to come but i hardly see her in the same situation as those last 3

Next buff is only next year and since a Deathless is getting buffed i don't see why a Eidol couldn't too, Solvarch still developing in the contest and people opinion may change still there

Cyclops could absolutely do with some numbers bumping up. Also we don't yet know when this current batch will actually end. If Deathless Vision is involved and the previous rebalanced champion was last July I would guess that they have a fixed period in which they say there's no more rebalance needed so we'll add old champions and then move on to batch 3. High Evo and Maker could be in the timeline for batch 3

If Deathless Vision is involved and the previous rebalanced champion was last July I would guess that they have a fixed period in which they say there's no more rebalance needed so we'll add old champions and then move on to batch 3. Cyclops could get better ways to ramp but they already did a whole new character on him,i don't see them spending more for small changes on him

I agree with the rest tho although Solvarch really doesn't need more damage just faster ramp and uptime on his release mode so you can do reverb rotation on every champ instead of having to do sp3 strictly.

I genuinely don't know the problem

He has damage but he can't actually counter what he's supposed to counter. The sig is meant to mitigate thorns and bleed block damage, it currently doesn't because adrenaline decays and so that % of damage you prevented is never the% you end up healing back, if you're lucky you get back only half of it.

Honestly just giving him a zeal passive when bled or when intercepting would probably do the trick

Every character gets a whole new kit, that's the whole point of the reworks. Cyclops could absolutely do with a patriot level buff especially in regards to his adrenaline mechanics.

My point is that they're not waiting until they have 3 champions to rebalance, they're giving 3 slots to a period of champion releases and if they aren't filled with rebalances then they will buff older champions. They can't skip to July because I would assume the rebalance windows are around 6 months and if they Skip 3 months then that's a potential older champion buff we could be getting

That is what's likely going to happen. The first batch ran from patriot to around December if I recall correctly
