Why NO sig stones in crucible 2.0 rewards?

Hope the title is enough for discussion thread.
Ps: not a complaint or anything but a honest curiousity.

There is a realm event attached the to crucible that no doubt will have sig stones among other stuff in there. They'll likely be attached to the 6 rebirth champs though I'm guessing

Oh okay. But don't you think they could have added atleast 20-30 sig crystals if not generic stones in there as well?
Or is that too much ?

Probably - it's calculated as total rewards given per month one way or the other as a sum - so it's available in realm points(it's free ez way to get )
