Forum Layout Messed Up Again?

The forums seem to have reverted to the default layout again like it did a while back, at least for me. Thankfully no flashbanging this time, but I still dislike this formatting. Not seeing any other posts on the topic, is this just a me problem?

it’s not blinding but it’s…not great.
its like a Faith No More “it’s it, what is it ?” Nonsensical mash up of what the forum usually is but with the fugly desktop CSS bullying the Mobile settings.

this is definitely what I would like to know.

With all of these new events would like to chat to the community and it is almost impossible to do so.

Honestly, what is going on with Kabam and MCOC, game loading have so many connection issues.

How is it that a huge company like this has to outsource their forum to someone who can't fix it quickly. This is embarrassing.

So update here, our forum provider is updating their backend and the long and short is that our legacy custom theme essentially is being sunset. There are some useful features in the new updated version which we're looking forward to rolling out, but right now theres some weird clashing between a few of our remaining legacy custom elements and the new system. Trying to work through and clear them up, will provide more updates when we've got em.

couple of notes…

— mobile experience on this new template is bad, if this format is what we are stuck with

— the old template would take you to the latest comments on a thread if it was a thread you clicked on previously. Huge loss of functionality if you can’t get that back. I know some people might like threaded replies but if it’s a thread I’m following, I want to know the latest comments rather than have to scroll all over the place

— can’t distinguish Kabam team comments any longer with the loss of the orange text

— see attached image for how this reply popup looks on iOS. Yeah, white text on a white background…

@KabamPinwheel This is a regression in terms of mobile UX -looks like your provider doesn’t understand adaptive scaling - it’s either that or they just don’t want to cater for forums anymore…

this is the most horrendous UI possible - having to press on icons to figure out what the options are

Picking a reaction but no description as to wth it actually means because there’s no text or tool tip pop up description

Your provider is not providing. It’s a repulsion scheme.
