So many complaints?!

Yo im kinda new to the forums but dam 🦫 every other post is making Kabam seem like they’re this evil figure that makes you slave arenas to get a chance at a 7 star war machine. Is this a recent thing or has the forums always been like this?

It's not that bad. A lot of people act like any complaint or criticism or expression frustration is the same as hatred and then hating the game but still playing it makes you a fake or a hypocrite. A ton of people love this game and want it to be better, but a ton of people take anything that can possibly be perceived as negative, personally and strap on their cape or lash out with personal attacks.

Ngl this seems like a provocative post if anything. Do you find any of these complaints legit or do they make no sense at all? I personally think that there is a bit of both. Not every complaint is valid like that "Kabam is rigging my bgs matches" post for example but not all are just a bunch of bitter losers whining like that weirdo above suggests.

There is valid criticisim here and there, especially nowadays with all kinds of issues affecting people daily including you. Some are indeed just people whining over the most random thing ever but "do these people always complain?" is kind of a condescending ask to anyone with nothing but good intentions for the future of the game. Its the internet and you can think for yourself, making this post under the impression of the random whinings is not it.

There are a lot of legitimate complaints tbf as the game is always bugged up but those threads are also full of posts from players who genuinely seem to hate the game no matter what whilst also not seemingly being able to stop playing it.

It seems a lot of players can't wait for the game to die presumably because they think it's the only way they will be able to actually quit 😂. Guess they are all just masochists 🤷

mcoc is and has become more so ,..heavily focused on monetization,..MUCH more so then most other mobile games,…with adds or without.

They always seem to be trying new ways to get you to part with your money.

This coupled with the fact that the game seldomly ever has run at an acceptable standard often polarizes the community, and brings forth a certain amount of resentment.

Resentment that is (not always) ..but often justified.

it’s the Reggie Jackson line “fans don’t boo nobodies” - excessive criticism is because a bunch of people like the game, have seen it be far better, think it still could be, but the direction it’s going is the opposite. If people hated the game they would quit.. with maybe one rage post. I think what you are seeing is a bunch of people trying to get the game on track and are ticked off that no one is listening AND changing to where the community wants this game to be.

Two things can be true.

Yes, there is always an element of people complaining here, some legitimate, some trivial.
Kabam are poor stewards of a good core product. They communicate poorly (unless they are selling), fail to address persistent bugs (unless they impact financial elements), and in 2025 make unpopular changes that seem to alienate low to moderate spenders regularly.

It has always been this was imo. I just read these people complain and laugh. Getting upset over a mobile game is hilarious to me lmao. I' d say 25% of the complaints imo are valid. Personally, I enjoy the game, been playing for about 8-9 years. Still log in play for a few hours and log out.

You think these bugs, glitches, raid problems, loading screen time, random disconnect, AI issues, communication downfall is happening randomly?

No, many whales have quit the game already and what's actually sad to see that Kabam doing nothing about it.

They have their pre-planned yearly schedule, they are going at it, ignoring the mess fully, whatever the cost, don't be surprised if you see mega bumper sale announced in coming weeks.

Yes, lots of complaining. It has always been this way; but right now seems justified. This is probably the worst state the game has been.

Everything released is bugged or not thought out well. The only content they manage to release with no or little bugs are repeats like Crucible or Epoch. We are back to the game turning devices into hot plates, and I dunno if its software or the servers; but the connectivity is a mess. War and AQ fights not loading and taking 50% health, some quests doing the same, BG draft timers are a mess.

If Kabam really plays their own game as they claim, I don't understand how they find this acceptable at all right now.

OP, I've been here since the beginning, and on the old Forum. There is always a plethora of negative posts. This is as much true for all customer service as it is for this game, but this Forum only represents a small portion of the Players.

Some feedback is genuine frustration, and some is just the result of people who are either too fed up to be positive about anything and won't quit, or people who are simply negative all-around. It's important to take everything with a grain of salt and form your own opinions.
