Who to awaken?

Another one of those threads. Finally got around to exploring Act 4, so have an extra Awakening Gem to use. I'll get another one when I explore Act 5.1, so there is some flexibility. I have 9 champs at R5, and 3 5* champs at R3. Run AQ Map 5x5 and Tier 5-6 AW. I have solid attack teams, so looking more for defense unless it's a god-tier attacker to go to R5. All that said, who should I use it on? (All champs R4 unless noted otherwise). I'm leaning towards waiting for Blade/Iceman.
