Sound off if your account was suspended today in order for Kabam to claw back rewards, and especially when your suspension ends so the rest of us can get an idea of how long it takes

I played the new quest and now I’m frozen for 7 days. Didn’t even know there was a problem w reward much less should I be penalized for it.

Aq/aw/bgs all will suffer due to you error. I spend notably on this silly game and you guys are telling me I’m not allowed to play for a week be because your team messed up? That is probably the dumbest thing you could of done to retain a customer. Let me back in to continue as always or lose revenue.

if I’m banned for the full 6 days and don’t finish in c5 when I’m literally at the top with 503 points that’s insane I should receive the c5 rewards if that ends up happening

Ok this is just ridiculous and unacceptable. No amount of compensation could ever make this ok, I'm fully done with this game and company. Idk how anyone with the slightest self-respect could keep going after all this mess. This game is obviously dying very soon, they clearly can't function properly anymore. All those good years are way past us and there doesn't seem to be a future at this point. Shame on you for treating your playerbase and your own game like this.

I got the same thing, had completed the first 2 quests of the MEQ. Was half way through the 3rd one when it went down

All I did was play the game, and I got suspended for a week. I didn’t know I was even acquiring anything extra when doing the EQ. When will people say enough is enough and stop playing this stupid game?

6 days I didn’t do anything I just played the content that was put out didn’t know about any bugs this is crazy I play the game by the book and put all my time into it. If I really do get suspended for a week then you will have lost a loyal player and customer.

AQ, AW, Daily Quest, Login Callender, Side Quest (that will end before I rejoin the game), Daily Store, and many more...

Do you know how much of these resources will benifit my account

The price for loving this game😂 Seriously, why am I still trying to got smth new ASAP every time? I should probably stop rushing the content if I don’t want to be banned in the future. This is unhealthy, the game was down for almost 4 hrs for everybody, why these actions couldn’t be performed during this such long maintenance… Also I has alt account and I cannot enter it just because there is no button for changing the account on this screen. Shame.

I have the same message. I had just taken out Silver Samurai when they took down the game. One win away from BG gladiator circuit and 3750 realm event points. Those points plus 1 day of bgs and the dailies realm event points away from the 285k stack of rewards. So people like me will be penalized for jumping into Eq 5 minutes after it drops.

Ya this is so dumb. I think I finished the first 2 quests...I think I had finished Purgatory? Couldn't even tell you haha I wish I had check my inventory to see what I even got, cause I didn't look or think to look. There has been some very outrageous things in this game, like the Parry/Dexterity nerf and the boycott from like 5 years ago, but this is getting up there in terms of epic fails

My only concern is that they will clock out shortly without fixing this and our crappy comp package will become more crappy as we're stuck out of the game for longer than necessary. Hopefully someone cared enough to tell them they're not going home while the problem they created exists.

In the same way I was blocked for no apparent reason, I think it is unfair, why do they put a mission if you can not claim the rewards, disappointing.
