September Clawback Account Suspension

Sound off if your account was suspended today in order for Kabam to claw back rewards, and especially when your suspension ends so the rest of us can get an idea of how long it takes

Did anyone else’s account get suspended for a week saying it’s locked to make corrections to your account? Like a week to correct their own mess up for the adaptive difficulty rewards and suspending the accounts for it is just embarrassing. Maybe i’m jumping the gun coming straight to the forums but hoping i’m not the only one and this suspension won’t last as long as it says. I expect good compensation from this because this is ridiculous.

Fun fact, one of my alliance mates has seen him online. So apparently not everyone that did the Eq got banned, ccp privilege? 🤔

played this game since the beginning and spent a lot of money. Considering leaving forever. Banned for six days for playing a game that was bugged without notice that it was bugged. Please reinstate me now or lose my business

Bendy you have been defending this like its OK in two threads. This is on top of AW season being a wash, the myriad other bugs that have plagued the past month, and adaptive EQ being launched with less than stellar communication (if one community poster could just post that T7b for most equals out with milestones as well as the completion rewards we might have less salty posts etc) Its unacceptable.

Where this puts me at is that if I end up with the maintenence compensation the summoner fest points will be less than useless as the event ends during the period when I'm supposedly banned. I can't claim the rebirth crystals. I can't run my path in AQ. letting my allliance down as we do completion, and there is a non-zero chance I won't be able to run AW. For the latter two, I would generally just ask to be kicked until the mess is sorted out, but doing that now would leave me missing out on AW season rewards if this goes longer than two days.

They will lift the suspension when they've finished their work. If it's for a week, then they should just close the game. That would be a new level of pathetic and they've already gone way too far on that direction.

Once the new EQ format has been introduced, I jumped right into it and completed Q1.1 and when was about to start Q1.2, the game disconnected and maintenance has been announced.
As a result of this, my account got suspended for 6 days and 16 hours (left).

This s-cks big time. How am I at fault for something I did not even know was broken to start with ?

Please unblock my account and take back whatever extra-mega-super-duper rewards I got from doing a single quest, as I have to jump in and help my alliance on AQ and AW.
Once again, the impact this temporary suspension has on my alliance is hard to compensate.

Isn't this why it's been in emergency maintenance for 4 hours? If other people that didn't play the new EQ get back into the game before those that did then yes it's punitive

it won’t be 6 days but it’s still pretty awful that players that didn’t get extra rewards were put into clawback suspension. That extra suspension compensation better hit rock hard or this is an epic epic damn epic fail

Better have everything on account When you compensate.

-7 Hour crystals

-BG objective rewards including Summoner fest points since there are rank rewards.

-DSE and ALL the daily quests I will be missing

-Calendar Dates I will miss and won't be able to complete

-AQ rewards

-AW rewads yes I am even counting the little ammount of shards I would be getting.

-Any time objectives I will be missing (Yes I will even include the raid tickets from that lame raid daily objective)

The least you can do right now is at least prevent alliances from kicking members until you solve this.

Yes its a lot of work and I am being picky AF; but lets be fair, at this point you should be ashamed of yourselfs and probably ashamed of your product.

Your account is temporarily suspended so they can take those rewards back if you got them. That's the whole point of the suspension. You'll be back in once they've squared away your account.

But yes, this is dumb.

Same here…worst lunch break I've ever taken, and that's including a bad batch of sushi…this is terrible...like the compensation needs to be good, especially if they want me to consider spending any further… look at my profile in game, I don't think they want to infuriate top 250 players

Mike just posted we’ll be getting double revive/potions/various comp minus 10k summoner fest points but that doesn’t help me win one more BG match for Gladiator circuit rewards. Got six days to replay The Witcher 3 I guess. I’ll romance Triss this time.

Again, Kabam being lazy and clueless about optics.

Just come up with a separate suspension system when you have to do this to players because of your own glitches.

Don't tell them they're banned or suspended for 7 days like they're cheaters.

Just send a different message like: "We apologize, but your account is temporarily unavailable due to our own incompetence. Please be assured you will be handsomely compensated as a result."

You're about a billion miles over the top here. Yes, this situation absolutely sucks, it never should've happened, and Kabam needs to figure their **** out and stop with all of this garbage.

But your account is only suspended so they can review it and claw back any rewards you shouldn't have gotten. Yes, it is their fault and not your fault, but there's nothing unlawful here, though you're welcome to go get laughed at by some lawyers if you want.

We will be getting extra compensation for the additional time locked out. However, it's just a double of the same crappy compensation they're giving everyone. So yeah, everything sucks.
