I need to learn to not jump into new content right away.
I was able to get back into the game. It appears my ban was only for about 5 hours.
Ya at the end of the day the mods and kabam staff are humans… maybe some AI mixed in there and I can empathatize with that. But like there needs to be a better sense of reality with the magnitude of these mess ups. I get that their staff is probably short-staffed too. I can relate as I've had to be a department of 3 people by myself for the last 10 months, but y'all got to slow down with implementing new changes left and right. We've had 4 or 5 different types of "main" event quests in the last 7 or 8 months. This new prestige system and adaptive questing didn't need to be rushed, and it should have been test throughly like another month or two before rolling out. Like someone needs to just straight up take accountability for that. Not asking for anyone to be fired or anything like that, but just acknowledge that this was rushed and shouldnt have been unveiled today. And also admit the compensation is not adequate for what has transpired this week.
Finished EQ 1.1, started AQ and got through first fight before game went down. Only to find out about 6:30 pm central time that my account was “Suspended”. Saw that it was intentional in the forums and that there would be compensation but haven’t received anything yet…
I have never seen this much incompetence in a company that makes over a billion dollars a yaer.
@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex what good is the AQ energy comp supposed to do if it isn't already in our accounts? How is it helpful to get it after a likely ruined map finishes?
