Relic Reborn rewards - Dupes not giving shards

Has anyone else opened the relics they received as rewards? I didn't see any shards from the 5* and 6* statcast relics that I duped.

Every new month update, comes along all sort of bugs n lags.
i think last 2 months have been a downhill

2dupes, 1 new relic & no shards or anything. When tried to screenshot it, page blanked & screenshot shows empty page

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamPinwheel guys you seeing this, even i faced the same, i mean when duping there is nothing we are getting? is it a bug ..i mean it sure should be..as before we woule get embers or shards i believe…now its just blank when dupe comes…kindly fix the bugs of the game…then you put some money offers to milk people !
