Summoner market not working.

I can’t buy anything on summoner market. Xsolla support message says failed to send. How do I get silver samurai if I can’t use xsolla? Do I just keep my money?

He makes a living off of this, he has to do his job or they won't feed him. Not much we can do when Kabam literally funds that subhuman. Unfortunate but that's how its always been, he won't ever stop so better save your mental health and either ignore him or have a cynical approach.

the only thing i wanna get is the daily crystal and those 2 points because there are also 2 sword and stones points in it and after 5 days u get a free 7* nexus fantastic saga crystal.. but yeah the webstore doesn’t work.. better said NOTHING WORKS IN THIS CARBAGE GAME FOR LIKE A WHOLE WEEK.

Im also not getting my points for my daily or the sword and stone...

I dont understand how some say this is xiollas(however you spell it) issue when its not a secured payment processing issue, cause they get and take my money just fine!!!...its a kabam issue!!! Updating and changing stuff, yet cant fix previous bugs and issues, but every new update and money grab introduces new bugs and problems.

Please kabam, understand the frustration that we have, sometimes simple is ok, and good enough is fun! For those of us that have paid before or are p2p, enjoyed the way things were, and we were paying for what we liked, but yall are over doing too much, and now that I cant even get my daily points during this new money grab, makes me want to remove my card off file. If yall havent noticed many p2p have gone to f2p because of you, not the game, we liked the GAME!

8 yr player, 6 yrs p2p, given you thousands and play for hours everyday for fun, not a streamer and with no backing or funding outside of my hard earned paycheck, but you are starting to make this feel like a job to keep playing while paying, instead of paying cause I wanted to, while I was playing.

When I submit an issue in game one of your questions are "how much did you spend", "when did you last spend"....y???

I bought the deal with silver samurai crystals, but never got them. After a few refreshes on the page, finally got the points and those rewards came through, but still haven't got the ones I actually paid for.

I believe they should have been aware having a code like this and it potentially overloading the system. It might have been better to just send in the in game message system. Just my two cents.

Kabam is such an embarassing company! Absolute incompetence on Kabams side for years now (since 2020 or 2021). Not one update without any issues. The only people at Kabam doing their job flawlessly is the design team.

At this point I believe when people buy thier in person tickets for summoners fest, theyll wind up in Timbuktu. Kabam, yall really need to sort it out. And I mean absolutely everything. It feels like yall have literal monkey running the show in those offices and the people that are supposed to be on here to let us know things and what not are nowhere to be found. Unless it involves money of course. Its shady and downright arrogant.
