I’m glad Kabam didn’t wait a month to try and fix this catastrophe. I haven’t even wanted to start EQ because of all the gameplay I’ve seen. Hopefully, the nerf and rewards buff fix the problems.

It's fine for this month.. But the overall structure needs adjustment. No one wants to do 19 fights in a row with no heals with seperate champs. Crucible style is fun but only when you have a big roster and have heal after each fight.

the current quest wasn’t bad at all. But looks like I’ll be able to double up on rewards and it’ll be even easier this time.

I have the same question @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex . Appreciate the response but do will we have to run Classic to unlock Elder again? That feedback seemed to be pretty universal so I’m hoping not 🤞🤞🤞

I’ve actually enjoyed not playing the EQ. So much time for a real life. Thanks, Kabam, for making content so terrible I could walk away.

Unfortunately, one pass through Classic will still be required.
I'm not a fan of that either, but for the time being, that will be there.

On the bright side, with the adjusted tuning, one pass through Classic should be a LOT simpler than previously.

Good moves on Kabam part, if you are Valiant with low prestige you should try the current EQ it really is not bad. I am interested how the rewards will be stucture really my biggest problem with the current EQ is the reward structure. If Kabam is going to gate Elder with Classic than you should get most of the rewards on the full exploration of Classic.

Are they going to change the nodes so you can actually use all these new champions they are putting out?

Or we still back in the 2021 view of class roles?

This is the biggest problem with the EQ. The nodes have gotten absolutely stale. The story acts have had a bunch of class based nodes, why not bring them in here?

For a quick fix, I think it’s a good move. Next month, the nodes need brought forward to 2025.

Still looking for responses on the energy refill absence (gonna be glaring with another EQ, 9.3, and daily quests) and the missing units from the old setup that has been posted about multiple times.

It's garbage. I'm too busy to have to play for real every time I login. That's why we got autoplay. I run the lower difficulties on autoplay a lot to farm units. We were told over and over again that the higher difficulties didn't have units because the units were balanced etc etc. Where are all the units from the lower levels now? What happened to the balance? Sometimes when I login I want to play hard content but now my options are limited in a way that is unprecedented. I'm not a fan.

You want to know what I think? I think Kabam should stop this pattern where they continually mess things up and only fix things when they are called out on it.

They are using their playerbase to conduct the role of testing, which they are obviously too greedy to spend the money needed on getting their own employees to do that job.

And this is why there will continue to be a problem with new content missing the mark and customers having to tell Kabam how to do their job when they shouldn’t have to.

Call me a hater but this has happened way too many times times to excuse.

Did we all not really enjoy the new valiant EQ they gave us? The first version for sure was a big hit and recall seeing a lot of positive feedback. Now they say they hear our feedback, but yet here we are with that idea thrown out the window.

If you want to increase the skill ask for top players, there is more ways then just increasing healthpool & attack.

Does anyone remember when you had to do cavalier difficulty with 4* champs for the top skill challenge?

all the units were moved to the daily quests they said this in the live stream that's 640 units a month if you are paragon or valiant

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex just for clarity, I am assuming that the prestige tier will also unlock with the reset? 9.3 exploration should be enough to bump me up a tier, so I am hoping that I can add even a little extra on the double dip.

Guys just complete the current one if you haven't already. The current one is not too hard or something, few revives will get the job done and you'll get double the rewards with the new one too.

That would be good.

Cosmic nodes that aren't based around buffs/armour break; maybe rewarding DoT effects or gaining buffs despite AAR.

Mutant nodes that interact with Daunted or Neuroshock.

Science nodes that reward Buff immunity

Skill nodes that respond to combo meter, or reward carrying debuffs

Tech nodes that reward non-crit champions, Rupture or Disintegration.

Mystic nodes that reward degeneration or Rupture, Neutralise or Atrophy.

That sort of thing.
