It's close to end of day after a very long week, so this won't happen until next week - but I wanted to get some messaging out to you as soon as we had a plan forward."

We initiated the data pull process this week, as planned and stated.

As I've mentioned many times before, there's no magic button for instant results. Some tasks take longer than anticipated, and we provide updates as needed.

Everyone knows I am loud and obnoxious when it comes to Kabam and their communication.

HOWEVER..... I also go to bat for them when they are doing the right things and yall need to go get a juice box and a nap. I want the compensation as much as anyone but as Mike pointed out, they did communicate that it could push into next week.

My rage points come in with things like, if they had not said anything and the week came and went with no word. That did not happen....they communicated which is all we can ask for sometimes.

Credit where credit is due. Check back next week and calm down.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex if you knew it was going to be more than this week before compensation arrived then why not state that instead of intentionally implying it would come this week? I’m not the one who wrote it you were. You can see certainly well how many people took that as it would be here this week, not as well next week well start working on it and then maybe sometime down the road you’ll get it. It was intentionally worded that way to get the community off your back to stop complaining. Do better next time because this was completely unnecessary and wouldn't even have happened in the first place if Kabam could accomplish simple tasks without messing up repeatedly

Everything you've written is incorrect. You read something into the information that simply wasn't there and now you're getting worked up about things found only in your own imagination.

They never said comp would come this week; they said they would start the process.

It's good that this has become another pissing contest for defending and complaining about Kabam, it's what the forum needed.

I think the company used to be better at communicating and delivering on compensation in the past, and recent efforts have felt like they've taken longer than they should. Ideally, compensation would not be needed, but we are where we are, and that should be communicated in a straightforward way rather than the competing manner in which it has. If it's going to be "it will be delivered next week" (last Friday), it should be delivered next week (as that is what is expected); if it's a complex matter that takes time, it should be "we will have an update next week, as we have to go through the data".

The forum is also missing the old announcement banner, which would help with keeping people updated. Trying to dunk on a query with "it's on the 5th paragraph of a separate announcement" isn't exactly an own. Whilst those who are devastated with not getting comp today might be over-reacting a smidge.
