No, once you're on cure side you are ineligible for the hunger rewards. To confirm, it does say it under the about section of the cure event in-game.

I hadn't read that far I guess, however, that makes me sad. I abandoned Hunger because I didn't think it was going to go anywhere although I liked those pics better. This event is just another really lame not well thought out event to add to the list.

Can anyone send me the virus instead of cure? I want all those profile pics. They suit Halloween and zombie summoner pfp is great. The bubble foam cure side pfps are average. Sadly all my alliance mates are cured.
