Incursion Artifact Limit

Hi, I just did the Symbiote incursions that released today and reached zone 30. I’m dumb and forgot that there was a cap and definitely went way over it without having a warning in-game. Stupid mistake on my end being in a flow of getting it done. But this brings up the question, why is there a limit to begin with?

I’m hoping the ticket I put in allows me to get some back

The limit is there to force you to spend them and not hoard them forever.

I totally get that but the one thing worth getting is very close to the limit and there’s no “you’re almost to the cap, you should spend some” notification for me blocking claiming overflow

Kabam also sets a limit on when you can buy certain things so they’re already combatting people hoarding in that respect. I couldn’t just go and buy several 7* crystals from there if I wanted

I can't enter symbiote sector, I have Steve and his 3* synergy champs but the symbiote sector still shows up red, am I doing something wrong am I missing something?
