In the first pic I believe the enemy is running despair. And the person who is play HR still has 3 points into recovery. My theory breaks though if limbo doesnt proc despair, but the math almost lines up perfectly.

If Limbo triggers despair, then that is most certainly a bug, since Limbo is not a debuff.
