Didn't receive the 7* R4 gem from twitch drop

So i already got all the drops from twitch last week, but i didn't get the R4 gem today. Is it beacuse i got the generic sig stones 2x times last week?. Anyone have the same problem?

Watched live stream from opening segment to the end, not sure why I wasn't credited the watch time. I was able to collect the content creator drops, after the stream ended from another streamer, just not the Kabam ones.
